Dr. Richard Rutherford, NP Jennifer Dixon and the entire staff of Carthage Family Medicine are AMAZING! My aunt has went to them for several years so we switched my father there after some unexpected severe medical issues took place landing him in the hospital 2 times in one month! After following up with NP Jennifer Dixon after the hospital stay, she sit in the room with myself, my dad and my mom for approx 1 hour. She was unlike any doctor I have ever seen! She took her time, was in no hurry, she acknowledged everything we all had to say and/or ask. She went over each detail of the hospital records! I would more than recommend them to anyone! I am fixing to switch myself there as well as my mom! You would be in the best care of doctors within the Upper Cumberland in my opinion! Smart, caring, patient and willing to listen to you unlike some doctors out there! You would not regret it! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars! They deserve it!
