Great place to spend money and it's local.
After a good buying experience at their Carthage store everything went downhill after that. Delivery that damaged both a washer and a dryer. Months of attempts to get them both fixed correctly. Samsung refrigerators that leaks from the ice maker is the latest. Their service is horrible!!! They seem all nice and "small town homey" while they sell you stuff but, if you ever need service it all goes down the tubes... STAY AWAY!!! 9/14/17... STILL TRYING TO GET MY REFIG FIXED!!! They always say they will call by 8 AM of the service day but, never do. They have made multiple attempts to repair this refrigerator and it still leaks water our of the through door ice maker. Now it's out of warranty. They are supposed to come today. Please note that most of the other reviews of this store are by local Google Guides who do have somewhat of a vested interest in providing "5-star" reviews. When we go to their Carthage location in person they now know us by sight and are very nearly useless.
