Everyone was super nice and very professional!
I went here today for the first time, today. They were super nice, fast, and accurate. They even took into account my previous fight with cancer and the resulting weakened immune system. Very happy with the service and will return when I've got minor issues.
Doctor was hateful and nurse was slow on computer
This place is ridiculous! None of the staff is on the same page, I have received different information every single time I’ve been in there over the same topic! I have been attempting to start one of their programs for over 3 weeks and I’ve set aside a specific amount of time, MULTIPLE times, only to get there and them add something to the list that I need to do causing me to have to come back when I have more time! I will NOT go back and will never recommend this facility. The physician is not very nice, she I nterrupts your sentences when she *thinks* she knows what you are trying to explain.
My daughter had a fever Sunday through Wednesday of last week. We took her to the Doctor on Monday because we thought it could be a sinus infection and need antibiotics. We got a note for school that said we were seen Monday. School needs a note for Tuesday as well so I call Urgent Care in Carthage to get her note and they refuse saying the provider didn't think she needed to miss. Isn't the rule of thumb to keep them out if they have a fever? They said they would only send one if she came back on Tuesday. Why in the world should I have to take her back both days for her to grant her a note when she was seen on the previous day? We won't be back!
