Tough trail. Lots of ups and downs, rough terrain, stumps and rocks sticking out of the ground, mossy rocks beautiful vistas along the cumberland river. Been on this trail several times now. Fall and Spring are the times to go imo. I noticed a few pieces of trash along the trail, keep the trail clean.
